Edgewater Dining & Lounge Bar is the latest waterfront dining venue in the heart of the bustling Capri on Via Roma on Isle of Capri, operated by restaurateurs and Consultants Peter & Tracey Cianci. The Cianci Family have been involved in many successful Gold Coast, Sydney & New York Hospitality venues, spanning over three decades.
Its vision for Edgewater was to create a modern, waterfront, big city style venue incorporating design, encapsulating our brilliant North Facing Location, overlooking the Surfers Paradise Skyline.
Its attitude in setting up Edgewater was to engage and emplore its patrons to feel comfortable and excited every time they visited Edgewater Dining. Something it can never duplicate is the large dining area which sits on the water and overlooks one of the best views on the Gold Coast.
