GreenFest Family Eco-Day

On Clean Up Australia Day next month, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre (ISC) will host its free GreenFest Family Eco-Day, an interactive showcase of activities that inspire and empower the next generation to take care of their community’s environment.

Children will have the opportunity to create and decorate their own environmentally friendly shopping bags to keep and reuse, and plant seedlings in their own recycled, bio-degradable pots. Children will also love the ultimate Go Green live show with Garden Glenda and Charlie the Chicken where they can learn the importance of recycling through music, dancing and games.

The free GreenFest Family Eco Day is the perfect opportunity for Brisbane locals to teach their children vital lessons about the environment and the importance of reusing and recycling via fun and interactive activities.
