Long Weekend at the Island Gold Coast

This October Long Weekend ride the wave of fun, sun and frivolity at The Island Gold Coast.

We’re bringing the outside in and making it so much better…beat the crowds, avoid the sunburn, and skip the sand in unfortunate places…it’s only great cocktails, delicious food, fantastic entertainment and good vibes here.

Set over 3 days and 4 venues – Rooftop Bar, Penthouse, Goldie’s and Duke’s Parlour – this is a long weekend you’ll wish would never end.

The Rooftop
Friday: beat the 3pm blues and head to the Island Rooftop for sublime knock-off cocktails and a bite from the new Rooftop wood-oven kitchen. The Guilty Pleasure crew will be bringing the tropical vibes with DJs from 5pm until late.

Saturday & Sunday: savour the taste of spring with the all new Grazy Days lunch menu featuring an all-inclusive 2hr beverage package and party the night away with our resident DJs from noon until late.

Penthouse

Saturday: inhale, exhale under the bright blue GC sky with yoga at the Penthouse from 7:30am.
Duke’s Parlour

Saturday: Spice up your long weekend with the girls at Brunch With Bite – it’s deliciously naughty and delightfully nice!
Goldie’s and Pool Deck

Friday: soak in the start of the long weekend with a $16 Goldie’s Weekday Lunch then stay a while with Goldie’s Hour and our live muso from 5pm. Then dance your way into Saturday with our resident party DJs from 8pm until late.

Saturday: spring Group 1 racing is back and Goldie’s TAB will have the rails run from noon. Grab a wood fired pizza and something from the grill on the Pool deck with Goldie’s new spring menu and kick on with Goldie’s Hour and our live muso from 5pm. Then celebrate the sleep-in you’ll have tomorrow with our resident party DJs from 8pm until late.

Sunday: sink a late lunch and cold drink and watch the world go by along Surfers Paradise Boulevard as you settle in with our live muso from 3:30pm. Catch all the pre-game hype on the giant screens and be a part of the build-up to the NRL Grand Final with all the action live and loud. Our resident DJs will be filling the dance floor post-game.
