Grand Cru (meaning great growth) are top-tier classification French wines, with consistently high-quality vintages and great ‘terroir’ which takes into account environmental factors and habitat.
You will be guided by Maison Mumm Champagne and G.H. Mumm Ambassador Emeline Troger who was born and raised in Cognac, France, with dishes created and perfectly matched by The Island’s Executive Chef, Andrew Musk.
